this seems the likely place for this request. i have ground a blade blank from d2 and need some one who can heat treat it for me. i live in the northern illinois area and if anyone knows of anyone who does this in my neck of the woods i would love to get in touch. if not i am more than willing to ship the thing to whomever seems the best choice. any advise would be appreciated.
the (soon to be) knife is aprx 10 1/4 inches overall and around 7/8 at it's widest.
