Hi, am not sure about crk folders, i carry larger knives mostly, but maybe some sebenza etc users tried this already or have same interest. I want to pvd some knives, that have framelock, whose lock bar is hardened by heat treating. So, i wanna know if the pvd process would do no harm to the Ti of such handles if it needs for them to be exposed to high temperature of five hundred celsius degrees.

I don't have an answer, but just wanted to offer that the crosshatch sebenza has PVD coating so CRK found some way to do it.

The PVD process, which occurs in a vacuum chamber, does not get that hot. There is an instantaneous heating of the filaments which vaporizes the ceramic material, but the parts to be coated pretty much stay at the ambient temperature (room) of the chamber. In a similar process, plastic parts are vacuum metallized with vaporized Aluminum in a vacuum chamber. The plastic would start to soften at 180 degrees F. No softening occurs.
You could get some color and abrasion resistance from an anodized coating.
