Heavier-- wood or synth handle VN Hawk?

In deciding which model I need to acquire, I am trying to find the weights on these hawks. Brigade Quartermasters lists the VN Field Grade as 16oz, but I cannot locate a weight for the VN Tactical model. As a victim of carpal tunnel syndrome, I want the lightest option-- and unfortunately the T3 is out of my budget range. Could someone please provide these weights?

I know that little piece of info isn't on the web sight...but I think ( stressing the word THINK)...that the VT Tac ways 16 0r 17 ounces as well...

(650 Gramm in German) with Acetal Handle.
Without Sheath!

Gee - that is a big jump in weight. I always thought it was impossible to attach a denser synthetic handle and have it still weigh the same as the original wood (16oz) - thanks Knifecollector. At 23oz, you're into kukri territory!!
