This is another one that I'm not really sure what to call
other than a heavy D-guard knife.
It's 1095 spring steel (full tang) with 1018 fittings welded in place.
The handle is a goat skin wrap over walnut scales.
The handle is big, designed for a gloved hand for heavy chopping
in cold weather. But the shape is comfortable for an ave. sized hand
even during hard impacts.
It's the same shape and size I do on my Kukries.
I'll make a sheath tomorrow and list it.
