i have loved the TM DSF since i got my hands on it but waited a while to put it to the test. today, the cushy life of my DSF ended when it met....








































two smoked chickens, fresh off 4 hours on the grill!

chickens are prepped for sandwiches at our bbq tomorrow. ribs go on in the a.m. :thumbup:

What time are the ribs off the BBQ? I can be there in 3 hours!

chicken turned out great and the DSF handled it well -it was only the second time i've seen INFI "smile"! :D
the Weber is going now and the ribs are getting a dry rub for the smoke. grabbed a few excellent kielbasa from the Polish butcher shop around the corner, too, so we should be good to go as long as the weather holds out

Thought I should bring this one back up...... after I pulled this slowww smoked pork shoulder off the grill and put my CGBJ to the test !! :eek::)

Glad you guys like the look of that. It was so good, I felt sad when it was gone :D

I have a large chopper coming my way shortly and I'm thinking [bbq] chop-off!!
Brisket just may be the perfect medium to test a behemoth Busse blade...

-If anybody has more bbq and Busse, please show it off. It is 'cuing season!! :thumbup::cool::thumbup:
