I'm looking for some real "heavy" duty cargo pants. Basically they must be:
Black with no "big" logos' on them
Jeans cut (not baggy, I DON'T own a skateboard:) )
Heavy material (similar to denim)
Decent pockets (strong and able to take the wear and tear of knife clip)
Avaliable in 30-32in waist and 32-34in inside leg.
Wide belt loops capable of accepting a Blackhawk universal BDU or Rigger belt

I've looked at the TAD cargo pants but don't know how "heavy" weight they are.
The above might seem common but I'm having real trouble locating a pair.
Cheers guys', I know if anyone can help me, it's you lot :D

Only one matches most of those qualifications... except the black part... Carhartt Utility Pants... made of the same cotton duck as their jacket, they are neatly cut, bellow pockets and are sized by numbers, not letters...

I have them in Navy Blue, Khaki, and Forest Green (that's what I call them, not necessarily what Carhartt calls them), but I'm not sure what other colors they're made in.

Have you checked out plain old winter weight black BDU pants? You can probably find them online for ~$30.
I like winter weight BDUs alot better than the ripstop version...

What about Royal Robbins 5.11? They make them in Black now. Fabric is closer to mid weight if compared to Carhartt's canvas.

I tried the Robbins's stuff, and they always seem to fit real baggy. But then, I'm sorta too big for a Medium, and too small for a large...

Black B11 Carhartt. I have a pair. Love 'em. Heavy duty but comfortable. Bought them from a local supplier here.
WWW.CARHARTT.COM is the addy.

Same day I also received some Royal Robbins 5.11's.
WWW.NEWYORKCLOTHIERS.COM is the place I got mine from.

Good luck in your search.

you tried getting BDU's from cavpro.com or uscav.com?
they're cheap and tough as well...

I think the specification is "Heavy Duty"
Royal Robbins... the stuff is lighter than Gap Khaki's
Combat Cloth... Same as BDU Poly-Cotton... they give it a name just to try to sell more of it at a higher price...
Carhartt is the only stuff that's thicker and sturdier than Denim. It's also softer than any of the other stuff if you use a nice fabric softener.

TAD Force 10 Cargo pants are awesome. I have quite a few pairs. They match all of your criteria. They are much higher quality than the Royal Robbins in my opinion. They are very well made and are made in the USA! TAD customer service is outstanding as well.

Take a look at the Nailhead Trailhiker pants at Cabelas. They wear much like jeans. They even have a knife specific pocket. They don't come in black though. The cargo pockets look pretty thin in the picture, but they blouse out nicely when loaded.

but go to your local Abercrombie & Fitch... They have what they tout as the "Original" fatigue pants - I have three pairs, two variations of khaki and one in prewashed black. Yes, they have the A&F label on one of the back pockets, but the bellows pockets are huge, some have a small pocket inside one of 'em, and there is a secondary slash pocket on the style I've gotten which I clip my EDC to. They are $50, though... but they have wide belt loops and an extra built in 'belt'. And they are a little bulky like the original cargo pants...
Worth a look if you get in there before the brat packs do...
