I need one to cover the stall shavings and keep them dry. Unfortunately, the cheaper plastic ones disintegrate in the sun, and even in the shade. I'm willing to pay good money, but i need something that'll last at least a year. I've seen some places on the web that have what looks like to be the same heavy duty tarp, but at vastly different prices. Any advice? Oh, it's 20x30. Thanks!

I use plastic tarps for my firewood .They last more than a year for sure .I get them locally but get the heavy duty type.

You can get military spec water resistant canvas tarps. They're very heavy duty, but they only keep water out if the water isn't allowed to pool on them. In other words, you have to string them up at an angle and make them taut, not just toss them over stuff, which may not suit your purposes.
