I know Busse doesn't disclose quantities of knives produced, but were the FSH - Heavy Hearts considered "Rare". I have one with standard scales I got from the Store that I like, but have been considering getting something else as I already have a HOGFSH.....

I've been considering making a trade with one I have and don't know what they are worth.
 
Nope, they're a dime a dozen...where do I mail my .10 cents? I'll include my address to which to ship the knife :D
 
I believe that the only rare Heavy Hearts are the 12 or so that were sterile with (Thanks for the correction, rt014! EDITED... Regular) handles; supposedly made for an Agency with a lot of space to cover...? :cool:
 
Oh, they're cheap, cheap. They're the Game Warden of the Steel Heart line. :p

Seriously, I don't know, but do a search in the Exchange.

200 standard scale versions
200 magnum scale versions

Unknown numbers on the NASA model :D
Were there any sterile magnum models?

Please correct me if I'm wrong but IIRC, I'd heard something about 200 HH w/ std slabs and 200 w/ mags. The NASA variants were significantly fewer. Rumor Central wrong as usual ? C'mon, Skunk or someone who knows, 'fess up. What ARE the numbers ? Pete

I have one and it has standard handles.
 
Is 200 mags and 200 standard really a realistic number, that doesn't really seem like very many to me. Of course how many FSH where made during its span?
 
200 and 200 is familiar. I remember hearing that back when they came out.

Had one of each but sold them both to get to the MOASH.

NO REGRETS!!!

Weren't the HH's only available through the BCS?
This would explain the limited number:confused:
 
I'd like to have my HH back...sold it two years ago to buy some other gigantic Busse knife....
 
The NASA model is at the top.

Standard handles on mine.

They were only available through the Co. Store.

That's one that I've always missed out on....though I totally regret not jumping on one of Rat-30's that he offered me a long time ago...I could be using it right now :p.
 
I'm certain the first Heavy Heart I got was a mag handled "NASA." I sold it after Skunk broke the news, but I kept three with the logo. :D
 
if i remember right there were only 12 that were mistakenly sent to me. i was supposed to send them back but alas it was to late. later on i did happen to find one in my collection...
