Heavy's Meaner Sheath

Sitting in the mail is a small square box, return address from IL.!This could only be...Yes,after a quick heavy shake,I know what's arrived!!!
HEAVY's Meaner Sheath!!!
My lil hoofs tear open the well tapedbox to discover that ULTRA FOODS had Elpopular Chorizo 2/$4.oo & Carmel Apples 4/$1.00.Then I rip away the sales Ad to discover a Nice Brown Sheath with Black stitches.First thing I notice is how Thick it is (5/8") the blade will be 1/8" from the front/outside face,with the remaining 3/8"containing the metal belt clip along with another item (which I will not get into at this time).
The Top of the Sheath is app.2" wide at the top, then tappering to a rounded point following the lines of a Meaner very well.
I have a Muddy Sheathed right now & I have inserted/removed the Meaner a couple dozen times.It can not be removed with one hand right now- Too New & tight.But I can insert the blade with a firm push.The top of the sheath is notched out,so the choil & Talon hole are concealed.
More on the Sheath,After I wear it a few Days!!!

Now that several weeks have past & I've had a chance to use Heavy's design,I'll post a few commets.
The sheath has held my meaner very secure,this includes every daily tasks from driving an autombile to operating heavy equipment.and including a several hundred miles on a 82 FLHS.The sheath also stayed very attached to my belt &It's also very secure clipped to the top of my jeans, during the times I wore it descreetly.
Removing the meaner was a challange in the earlier days,Mostly due to the new tight leather & my trying to "gunfighter quick draw" the knife.When I settled down and firmly grasped the meaner's handle pulled upward at a 90, the knife was free & ready for use. resheathing was easy too. After repeated use, the leather has relaxed,along with a bit of smoothing of the inside of the sheath.The meaner is still held Very Firmly.
When strangers see the fixed blade attached to the belt,I can tell a few are uneasy.Others do not or choose not to acknowlege the "tool" being carried.I'm fine either way but since I also hold & use a CCW .Hidden from the sheeples eyes is IMHO way to carry anyway.
The conversations between my buddies & myself about the sheath have mostly started about the thickness or how heavy is it attached to my side? Yes,it's a little bit thicker but only by maybe 1/8",but is no heavier than other sheaths. A meaner strong side carried is a Great EDC.Jerry's design along with Heavy's sheath has proven this, to this piglett.
