Helios BG-42 Question

I ran accross this knife and was wondering if this is a nice pc. to buy at $125. From what I read this knife is a limited production.

The Helios with the BG-42 blade was a special production run. There were less than 200 shipped into the US.
The SRP for a comparable knife with X-15 steel and Rosewood handle is $199.00.
The BG-42 version has olive wood handles

I found a dealer that bought I think 180 pcs into the states. I think I may get one with the low #'s.
