Here is a older production Hell razor a edge rework. Thinned and flattened the edge with Diamond hones all the way through 8000 mesh. Then applied a whisper of convex with 600 grit paper on leather up through 2000 grit.

You have to get your face right next to it to hear it cut paper. A really great outcome. Enjoy the pics while you wait for your new Ganzaa Hell Razors.

Nick

Dear Santa, I want an XXXL NICK, Some Busse Grips for my 1911, one of the AMY-O Chef's knives......Signed Nick.....P.S. I have been very good this year.

Wow! That is what I call a Stoopid Sharp Edge. You can get cut just by looking at it wrong :D

Nice Job Man! I will get around to do something to my HR when my eye heals up.

Thanks guys.... the HR is one of my favorite knives. I really enjoyed working this one.
When your doing something fun that you love doing it normally shows in the outcome.

This knife is pretty spectacular in real life. My wifes friends came over yesterday for a cookie bake and it was on the table. They were all scared to pick it up and move it out of the way. LOL

 What happened? are you OK?

No bid deal. Just got laser eye surgery the other day and I am just waiting for it to heal up before I start grinding again.

Fantastis edge, no question about it. I wish Busse Company gets to offer blades that are geared to high performance. I don't think that the current grind lines exploit the potential of INFI, unless of course, someone comes up with a blade such as this awesome HR.
