Several years ago, while at a purveyors table, a gentleman came to the table to get his Helle sharpened. At first, we thought it was an Opinel, but the man opened the blade, similar to the Opinel, removed it and re inserted it, and turned the knife into a locked open fixed blade type. He said the knife was out of production also. I know this is a lot to go on, I didn't have my cellphone with me at the time to take a pic either. Basically, it worked on the same principle as the Opinel twist lock.

I was wondering if anyone can identify the knife based on this little bit of information. It had the same basic appearance as most of their line.
