Helle Lapland

Anyone here have the Helle Lapland? If so whats your opinion of this knife for over all rough use?

you might want to try over on knifeforums in the Scandinavian section. From what i've read the Helle brand of knives are pretty well thought of.

I don't have that model, but the Helle knife I do own is very well made. They cost considerably more than some other Scandanavian brands, but they are better fitted and finished than most others and have fancier handle materials.

The other brand that seems most most similar to Helle is Marttiini.
