Helle utvaer

I’ve been thinking of getting a Helle Utvaer but am reading some internet noise that their quality has tanked. Is that true? I can’t find many reviews on the Utvaer so that’s making the decision more difficult

I don't have the Utvaer, but have a dozen or so Helle knives (past and present) and all have been excellent. The 12c27 is a good steel. I prefer their laminated stainless. Order from a dealer that you can return it if not satisfied.

I can see some in person and decide. I need to see if my hand fits it well. I was more concerned with long term durability than anything else. Thanks for posting
