"Finished" up putting a handle on a Helle Viking blank last night. I used rosewood and curly maple, with leather and brass spacers and aluminum guard. Clear coated with automotive acrylic rather than oil because of the many layers to the handle. I was worried that the oil would seep in and cause problems with the epoxy. It's my first stick tang so please be kind.
