Hello all, I am novice, not trying to interupt any thing and if I am in the wrong are please say so, But I have been wanting a Randall Made for 25 years and finally got one. I have looked and I can't find any confirmation on the web. Some of you guts may know, Did Randall make a Model 1 with a stag handle. the problem is i purchased at agun show and not sure of authenticity. And to confuse more on back of sheath it says model 7, but this knife has a 7 inch blade. Any advice out there?

Randall has made a ton of model 1s with stag handles. And, since the sheath for a model 1 is identical to the sheath for a model 5, they only stamp the blade length on it, so "7" is exactly what I'd expect. Sounds legit to me, but post a pic and I'm sure we'll be able to tell you more.
