Hello everyone I'm new here and this is my first post. I recently bought a bk2 and I love it! I'd like to start customizing it. I'd like some custom scales and I wanna convex the blade.

Welcome!! What are you looking for in scales? We've got a lot of really fine craftsmen around here to help you out. Wood scales can be beautiful but if you're looking for micarta or G10 they're available too. Also, there are a thousand options on the new finish. Patinas can be done a hundred different ways & the there are the more permanent alternatives like acid etching and "Cliching".
If you like to mod your knives & express your creativity, you are definitely in the right place. If you have any questions please ask. We've all been the new guy once so just put it out there and try to keep a sense of humor.

Black and orange is a sweet combo...Got some on my 14. A snark is a combination of "snide" and "remark".
