I have been a member on BF for some time i very rarely post here and tend to be a regular lurker more than regular poster.

I have been collecting knives over the last few years and have a large assorted collection. I also used to dabble in knifemaking. I just enjoy knives.

I have been increasing my ESEE collection over the last few months, i now own the RC3, RC4, HEST and Izula. Each one is a great user and i am very happy with all of them.

I just read a thread in this forums which amazed me.

Now i have been fortunate that i have never really had any major problems with any of my knives and any time i have had to deal with the maker/manufacturer i have had good service(well with exception of 1 or 2 companies). But after reading the thread above i realised how good the customer service from ESEE is.

Anyway i was inspired enough to post and i take my hat off to ESEE backing thier knives 200%. They make great knives which i enjoy, but the backing of this product as shown in the earlier referenced post puts them in a different class. WELL DONE ESEE, you now have a customer for life.

I will try contribute more to this forum, as i have learnt a lot from you guys, it seems to be quite a noce group here.
 
So far, I only have two knives... the RC6 and RC3 and I love them... Their warranty was a no brainer when making up my mind as to which knife to use... not only that but these knives are highly regarded by most on this forum... even on other forums as well...

I got my 3/4 & Izula from Anton( your distributor). Very pleasant guy, good fast service too. If any other SA members need his details he can be found at the RSA website - www.ratcutlery.co.za.
 
The guys (and gals) here are a wealth of knowledge and very willing to give advice and tips. Welcome!
 
Andre, welcome to the forum. That is a great service success story - an example for all companies to emulate.
