Howdy.

I am new to BF and just thought I'd introduce myself. Been a lover of knives for a long time, but only in the last year have I gotten into the more premium offerings. Definition of premium subject to interpretation, of course. :D At this time, I only have production folders.

I've been a lurker here for about a year now. Just registered and made my account a couple of months ago and finally getting around to posting.

In the way of premium-ish knives, my collection has just started. I know my idea of premium will be differing from some on here, but I'm new to this so my current inventory is premium compared to the junk-a-noo gas station/flea market knives I have carried in years past. lol

As of now, I only have a couple but hopefully thanks to all of you enablers that will change, just don't tell my wife. :D

Benchmade Doug Ritter Griptilian, black handle/satin finish

Spyderco Manix 2 XL, black handle/satin finish

Benchmade regular Griptilian, black handle/satin finish (purchased for my wife, can't let her feel left out in the toy collecting :) )

I had a Benchmade Barrage 581 but upon getting and carrying it for a few weeks I learned I don't care much for Assisted Open so I traded it off.

Other than that, just a few SAK's and multi-tools.

I look forward to participating in the community and hope I can learn a thing or two from you fine folk here.

Hey Rux. I'm new like yourself, but I am thoroughly impressed with the reception I got, so I am sure you will feel the same :)

That's a great start to a collection you have there. The longer you're here the more you'll learn and the more money you will spend.:D

Welcome to BF. You have a nice starter collection. There are great folks here with tons of knowledge they're willing to share.

Thanks for the welcome everyone. When I get home and can get to my computer I'm looking forward to upgrading my account and looking around on the exchange. :)

Welcome to the biggest, best, most knowledgeable forum about knives and their related subject matter.

Premium is subjective but it looks like you have a great start already. Looking forward to hearing more from you.
