I haven't posted for a while now, because I seem to have some kind of carpal tunnel syndrome from working on my comp, and maybe from bali-flipping. I suggest that any balisong beginners should take the time to do Clay's finger strenghtening exercises, as I didn't take the time to do them and now I'm typing with my left hand, and have to do some crummy left hand flipping...

I just hope I can start bali-flipping again.

I'm really sorry to hear about that bud. Hang in there and take it easy. It will go away if you don't push it.

Doubt is an uncomfortable condition,
but certainty is a ridiculous one.

Most of what I do on the computer involves a mouse or a trackball and my eyes. I had the most problem with logitech. Microsoft was only a slight improvement. Right now I am useing a Kensington Turboring, and that is better, because it puts your wrist into a totally different position. Also, it's easier to change your positions around.

Years ago a friend of mine bought a Logitech track ball mouse, that sits still on the desk and your right hand rest on it at a very natural position (i.e. 10 o'clock palm position, your index knuckle at 10 while your little finger at 4). the ball is moved by thumb resting on it.

I think this is a good design, only that nothing for the lefties ..
