Hello everyone I'm new to knive collecting, I saw my first blade that I wanted real bad, I made my first order from Jeff at cutlery shoppe I wanted to see if you guys and gals thought I made a good choice, I know it's heavy to edc with but that's what I wanted it for ,it's an Al Mar sere 2000 digicam,do you guys think it's a good edc knife
 
Welcome tampajimbo, that sounds like a great choice. Al Mar makes great, classic tactical knives. However, the sere 2000 isn't considered a traditional knife, and this traditional sub forum has pretty strict rules about that. I'm sure your thread will be moved to general knife discussion, where it is better suited.

In the mean time, put your new knife to some good use! I'm sure everyone would like to see pictures of it.

For some reason I'm thinking a GEC Ebony Esquire would go well with his other, unmentionable, purchase.
 
Ha. I think I made my first purchase from the Cutlery Shoppe as well.

Granted that was during the 1980's...
 
Great purchase and welcome to bf. By a sodbuster or bullnose they will pair ip nicely with your al marr
