Hello everyone and thank you for letting me join your forum.
My name is Manu and I love knives like all of you. I recently got back into the hobby and I am looking for a Mcnees psk1... i was wondering if i can get any advice on how to acquire one. I think i read somewhere that his order book is closed for now. Is there a similar custom blade in that kind of package? Any advice would be appreciated.

Please forgive me as I am new this. This is the first forum i have ever been apart of and my first post ever....

The amount of knowledge on this forum is amazing.... thanks guys

The Boker Tom Krein Pocket Bowie looks fairly similar, although with 440c rather than 1095. The Bark River PSK is another option if you want something a bit fancier. If you're set on a custom I would recommend checking out the JKknives subforum here. He offers a number of knives in that size range.

Thank you very much for the suggestions Insipid Moniker. I like them all, especially the Bark River. I've had my eye on the Bark River for awhile now but the Mcnees total package and hamon on his blade just have me drooling over it. I never really thought about getting a custom blade but if i could have one, the Mcnees would be it. It's kind of small but the compactness of the whole kit adds to its beauty.
Do you know if the Mcnees psk is hard to get or is there just a wait for them?

Truly a pleasure to meet all of you.
If I am lucky, I mite be in the country in the time for blade show. So if I have enough freq flyer miles left over I just mite try to pick one up there with an "early bird special" ticket... and maybe a whole bunch of other stuff too!!.... Is this a good idea??
