Hi ppl,

Glad to be part of this community.

Just got to know about ESEE knives and for the past two weeks, I have already purchased 2 x H.E.S.T(recieved today), 1 x ESEE-3MIL, 2 x Izula( one for the car first aid kit).

Before, I had benchmade, spydercos, ontario and ka-bar. Actually got the ontario coz of the similar names of rat 3, rc 3 etc.. glad the name change to ESEE.

Anyways, super hyped up take my new knife out in a couple of weeks for sailfish fishing and camping.

have a sharp day folks.

Welcome nav!

Hope you enjoy all your purchases, and if you have any questions the good people here in this forum are always eager to help!

Welcome aboard this crazy ship. Lots of good info to be shared here so post some info and questions so we can all share our knowledge base. We all learned it somewhere.

Hey nav. Welcome here. The perfect place for an ESEE user. You have one ESEE that will be in my pocket soon. The HEST folder. *I want one so bad its makin me nuts.* Well in a good way. Have fun here. enjoy edgy

Thank you all so much you bunch of good people for the warmest welcome.

I am sure I will enjoy the knifes much as any of you :)

I just did a count and realise I have bought about 14 knifes (mostly folders)and thats just crazy .... lol. 3 which I gave away to my brothers. Now leaning more towards fixed blade. But the H.E.S.T folders looks so tempting. My fav folder period is the Spyderco Military and Para.

Last night, I went to the bookstore to get "liscensed to kill" by RYP. I must admit that that was under the influence of my new ESEE H.E.S.T.

Unfortunately, thats the only book they have in stock. Was intending to get "come back alive" instead. Anyone read those books already?

Yes, they are all good. Come Back Alive is more of a info book rather than the telling of a story like Liscensed To Kill. I got all of Peltons books from amazon.com.

Welcome and what a great start...dont hold back now!!! HAHA. The more I use my ESEE knives the more I absolutely love them. Sure they might not have Convex grinds or stainless but I really find myself not missing either. Plus with the warranty I have a no fear use of them...I don abuse them but I feel I dont need to baby either. They are also a great value!

Welcome Nav
It wount be the last ESEE you buy! It's like a virus.
Have a greate day.
