Hello everyone. I am new here so I just want to introduce myself. My name is Jesse and I am 46 years old living in Corpus Christi, Texas. My new and now favorite hobby is making knives. I've only made a few out of my garage, but I absolutely love it. I signed up in here to get tips and tricks and to learn more about knives. Hope everyone has a great day.

I hope you post some picture of your knives, I'd love to check them out. What steel did you use on the couple of knive you made?

Thank you. So far I have used 01 tool steel and have gotten good results with home heat treat and temper. I just completed my last knife a few days ago but Im not sure how to attach an image in here. Lol.
