It has been a long time due to say hello to a community such as this, so forgive me if I take my time about it.

And if this is in the wrong section, please forgive me

Greetings,

I am Damon Pond. I currently reside in Australia, SE brisvegas. Been here most of my life.

Currently employed as a service assist for coles markets.

Within my collection of knives I have a few standouts.

A Muela Military 7" with green handle.(of note later)

A Muela Pro Hunter 4.5" sitting right beside me at this moment.

Numerous other generics, and one Smith and wesson which rarely sees the light of day.

All in all I'd wager I have 10 knives, Most fold-away, the muela solid one-pieces and a few bits and bobs.

I can safely say I love the prestige of owning these knives. It isn't just about the image that a good, well cared for knife portrays, It also comes down to my background. I love that I derive a sense of power from possessing such fine blades. I firmly believe in the militaristic ideal, and (possibly falsely) like to believe that fine pieces are given to the best of the best. Something i hope I have and continue to achieve.

Most others don't get this.

Now back to my note...

I seem to have misplaced my Muela Military somewhere.. I know it is sad to scream blue murder on my first post about a misplaced knife, but OMG i dunno where it got to...

Cant say I took too much care of that one now can I.

Any how.. hope to have some good conversations with the rest of you about your collections, pieces and ideas..

Cheers.
