Hey gang, a new member here checking in. I've been lurking for awhile, and figured it was time to start putting myself into the discussion instead of just being a ghost. I've been absorbing all the information I can, which has been fantastic considering that I found this place after I was searching for information on some knife or rather and a random thread here popped up. Clicked on it, and well...I've been doing a lot of reading since then! 
Growing up a Boy Scout, and the son of a Military father, I was raised to appreciate knives from an early age. Thus, I have always been into knife collecting, and have a somewhat large collection at current. I'll have to take some pictures and post them up in some of the picture threads in the other section.
I will say one thing in closing, there are some serious blade guys here. After perusing a few picture threads, seems like everyone has at least one Chris Reeves folder or multiple top-end ZTs!! Well, I'll get there eventually! If nothing else, I've got a HUGE new list of knives I want to eventually own!
Definitely not a bad thing.
