Hello everyone, just found this wonderful forum last night and have been straining my eyes browsing around and trying to make sure to get the rules right so as not to break them. So new to knife making here that I only have one partially complete knife, but have loved every minute of it. Have already dropped my jaw repeatedly browsing and admiring all the great work here and counting my savings for the ones on sale.

Forgot to add that although I lack in knife knowledge, I do know a fair amount about usps shipping and will happily help when I can with that.

Fozzie welcome aboard, like you I am new despite my joining a few years back. I too am blown away with all the knowledge base and craftsmanship displayed here, stunning.

You ever been to the Lucky Cafe, or Old Sac for the days festival? I visited your city a few times a while back, not a bad place at all. Here is to learning what you need to in order to achieve your dreams!

Thank you both. And I have not as of yet steps. I went to Old Sac once, and haven't really been out and about much in my new city in this past year of living here.

Thank you. I look forward to rereading the getting started info after I'm back in town, and then if I'm lucky maybe finding an experienced local craftsman who doesn't mind letting me watching/work with them a few days a week.
