I hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas and I wish the BEST for you all for the NEW YEAR. I just wanted to pop in and tell everyone HI. My Mom is doing really well, she is yelling at me (Great Sign) my Dad yelling at me and constantly telling me “When are you going back to work?” Why he asks this??? Well, because my DAD and Jerry Busse have this weird connection, I swear they are TWINS. They are twin peapods and always want to find out what new “As seen on TV” gadget or whatever they get we must discuss (Jerry will back me up on this) Anyhoo, All is fine and I am hoping to return to my “Happy” place called work (LOVE IT, MISS IT). Today I got to Celebrate Christmas with my other family and YES I am that crazy Auntie that wraps stuff in weird boxes to throw my nieces and nephew off. However this morning I got a phone call while I was cooking stuff for our Christmas feast, that my brother in law Steve (You all remember my Brother in Law Steve retired from United States Marine Corp) That his Father passed away this morning. It was a shock and I am currently trying to hold things together. Here is the thing with me FAMILY is truly everything and Lee was my family. I have lost A LOT of family in the last 3 months but LIFE keeps me MOVING. My MOM and DAD made me the person I am, LIFE will PUNCH you super HARD in the chest but you gotta take it and REMEMBER keep MOVING. I don’t want this post to be a pity party but I KNOW A LOT of you have had punches, just darn right knocked out but remember your LIFE keeps MOVING and so do you… IT SUCKS…EMBRACE IT. I just want all of you to know that I will send each and every one you GOOD JUJU, Prayers, Smoke and anything else you need. I will be back at Busse (My Happy Place) very soon. BRING IT 2018 cause 2017 (The end of it) has pissed me off.

Damn mam, sounds like a crazy couple of days for ya. Hope things start perking up for you in 2018 and keep your chin up :thumbsup:
 
Hang tough Amy! ... My sisters and I have had lots of conversations on these topics and it's like this, there isn't a book I know of that tells us everything we need to do in the best way possible for that which we will be expected to do.
Life is short that's for damn sure~
May the gods bless you with a long hot bath with cheesecake and champagne! :D

You have endured a lot these past few. Heart and prayers out to you and yours. I think about you often - you were always supportive of my situation.

God Bless - one foot in front of the other and steady as she goes, as my grandpa "General Bigs" said every time we got of the phone.

There is nothing like pics of a young dog to brighten your day. This is good medicine for Amy and all of us. Amy, hope 2018 is the best year ever for you.
