That's a pretty Randall knife...
If you're speaking of age - based on the sheath shaps, iprovided that the sheath is original to the knife, it was made sometime after that snap was introduced, on Jan 1st 1995. If the handle is Desert Ironwood (DI), and I believe that it is, DI was introduced in 1999 IIRC...
