Hello, I am new, and I have questions...

Hello, and thank you for having me. I am a user of various other firearm message boards, and stumbled onto this place. I do own about a dozen knives including some Benchmades, Ka-Bars and Kershaws.

I am interested in buying my wife some metal chop sticks I found on SIG Forum a while back. The guy who posted the pics said they were made by Eric Blair. Several google searches with various tags turned up nothing.
Any info on them?

I also have some questions about HAKs, or Hide-Away Knives. I am considering adding one of these to my aresenal of edged weapons. Any input on either of these two items would be greatly appreciated.

Think I have seen you around the Sig Forum - welcome.

HAK's are great little knives, got one on order myself. Check out www.hideawayknife.com and www.badlandsforums.com for more info.

The only complaint I have heard about HAK's is they can take a while to get.

You can also get simple stainless steel chopsticks from Garrett Wade. Not as elegant as Eric Blair's but a lot cheaper, and obviously durable.

I have titanium chopsticks in a leather case, but I generally carry a pair of cheap bamboo sticks in my gear bag.
