  1. Bear with me guy's. First post. Lingered a lot. Anyway does anyone else have an m13 how do I put an edge on this thing. I'm competent with my lansky (til a stone inevitably fall's apart) in getting very sharp blade's on any of my other knife's. The problem area is the transition in the grind right at the start of the belly to the tip. It's just different and the lansky doesn't have what it takes to compensate for that angle its already on 30° to match what little blade it actually lays flat on. The rear of the blade has a small trouble spot as well. To be fair i have picture's that I just sent boker that show a pretty bad grind overall this knife should probably be a blem but that's a separate issue unless anyone's bored I'm willing to discuss that as well as I'm not getting much positive interaction from "Jann" at the moment.

youre gonna want this moved to maintenance section...where all sharpening failures and advice is discussed.
