Hello Spark. I need your help. I just went back and forth with the moderator (Karda) and (Karda) was kind enough telling me, well I believe it will be easier for me to just show you what (Karda) said to me, here it is…..
Now you will need to post a thread in Tech Support asking Spark to merge your accounts. You will need to post in that thread with both accounts to prove that you control them. He will merge them. Ask him to merge the TOMMYBES account with the TommyBBQ account. This is the only way you can save the money spent on the gold membership.
I would like to keep my Platinum status being it an upgrade from gold, am I right that it is a step above gold membership?? If possible with all of my itrade feedback and emails from the tommybes account, the whole idea here is I want to use ONLY the TommyBBQ user name. I hate the user name tommybes… hate it…hate it. It's a long story how all this big mess began but (Karda) said this will fix everything. Can I ask you how long will it take for this to take place?
