I need advice on tapes or DVD's or anything to get me the basic skills to get to the point of Professional sharpening. I have made 4 knives, very basic knives at that, but the final edge, that ability to be able to take someones kicthen cutlery and sharpen it like a pro, still eludes me. any advice will be very appeciated! We are opening a bricks and mortar store and I would love to provide this service!
