first of all id like to say hi to kit carson, got two of your m-16s. great knife !!! changed my whole out look on liner locks.

any thoughts on heat treating ti liner locks ?

thanks for your input guys, already tried the microwave, if you set it on hi its great for hardening 440 c but for some reason the ti doesnt seem to heat just right?

hey jeff i saw your pics on another post, your shop is very impressive (you have my envy), i especially liked the stamp jig you made. do you sell those ? if so what are you charging ?
 
Turn the lights off when microwaving titanium to get the full effect. When the timer beeps and the flashing stops they're done
 
Welcome aboard, no ti doesn't need to be heat treated. The few folders I've done, I get the lock as tight as posible and then it work hardens and moves over a bit and doesn't seem to wear from there
