I purchased a knifemaker membership last week and have not received a email etc as far as getting my information for being a maker, Sharpener & service provider.

Can anyone give me a link or email so I can get this accomplished?

You got it already! Go to Settings (upper right) and then Permission Groups (left side) and click on your Knifemaker membership to update your title and color.
