Hello,
New to Busse.Have a Hellrazor coming.

What is the difference between that model and the COMBAT GRADE Badger attack TAC on the Busse site now??

Thanks!!

Bill

Hi! Welcome to the Busse subforum:thumbup:

The difference between them is handle style. The HR has the SF handle style and the CGBATAC has a TAC handle size. Different sizes (overall size and handle/blade size) weight and the HR has the corrugated bevel technology.

Hell Razor is a bigger knife. It also has Corrugated Bevel Technology on the blade, so it will cut better through deep medium without dragging on on the thick-stock of the blade - without sacrificing strength.

And I see JurT has pointed out the differences in the handle. My work here is finished!

No problem:thumbup:

Do you have a magnum handle or standard handle HR incoming?

Hell Razor is a great blade - you'll be amazed! I have black/black standard HR and love it! If this is your first Busse - prepare for the addiction:D
I'll bet the one coming to you is green blade with magnum handles and cool leather pants, am I right? :D

I'll bet its Tan on Tan and comes with a customized Spec-Ops Brand Combat Master Sheath. ;)

It's that one-Standard handles.Used-very good condition.With the above sheath

Got it for $285-which I heard was very good.

Thanks for all the advice and the welcome as well

Dr.B

I have been trying to find reviews on it--

Do you know of any published reviews??

welcome Bill! there's a lot of great info here on the HR in this forum, if you go through the search box. If your looking for detailed usage of a few HR's ...seek the "Tin Knocker" or more commonly known as Valley Tin Works!
He's your man on HR's, he beats the snot out of them ...probably more then most. Also he's the only Busse member I know of, that had to buy back his beloved Hell Razor because he missed it terribly. And he's a darn nice guy!

Thanks Jules-again you come through with the goods!!!

Just sent Valley Tin Works a PM

Got the Hell Razor today.

Feels GREAT in hand(the standard handle has been wrapped in Green Paracord).

Ergonomics are EXCELLENT.This is the First Hell Razor I ever held-and can now understand what all the Fuss is about.

Going to test it fully this weekend..

Thanks again for all the advice

QUESTION--
I have heard it's possible to return the Hell Razor to Busse and have another set of handles put on.

I want to know the difference between the standard(which I have now)-and the Magnum.(how much bigger are they??)

Thank you!!

Hello, Dr. Bill, welcome to the Busse world! You will now sell all your Rangers, Razorbacks and Siegles to fund this new addiction. And if you have a Siegle Jungle knife, I want to know about it. :D

It's definitely do-able... It won't be real cheap or real quick.

Personally, I'd first try the trade forums and see if someone might trade you a magnum handled one for your standard, probably plus a little cash on your end... It'd be worth a shot.

thanks----Every knife I have is for sale--price being right is the only question.

What did you have an interest in??
