HELLRAZOR STILL A BEAST

love seeing beat up infi. What’s the story with the chipped swedge ? lol. Only time I could dent or chip medium sized busse blades involved a ball hammer on the spine batoning with an ASH1

I split some 6" nails with a hammer.. and stabbed and slashed a 50gallon steel drum. Touched up the edge with a 1000grid ceramic rod

No tape on the handles? 🤔

They are slick... definitely need some grip tape

You know, I've never felt the need for it. The first HR2 I scored was the tan & black one, and I was immediately enamored with the ergonomics. The feel, the fit & finish, the contours, etc...everything was "right" about it. For me, not even my TGLB or TGULB feel as nice in my hands.

Now, admittedly, I do wear medium-sized gloves. So, I don't have the mitts of some of you gorillas. 😄

I carry the hr2 concealed. Any blade you carry as a SD weapon needs traction. Check out my website you will understand what i do for a living

Damn! You carry an HR2 concealed? That's crazy.

I'm 5'09", old & fat, and shrinking by the day. (*Hell, I'm probably gettin' closer to 5'08" as I post) I couldn't "conceal" an HR2 if I grew another two inches and wore a "Gandalf" Halloween costume. 🙁

I can't tell with the photo here, and the rubber overwrap: is yours G10 or micarta?
I've worked and chopped with a micarta one all day, hot and colder weather. I've never wanted for traction.
Not saying you're wrong on needing traction. Just wondering. It seems to me the few times I've gotten blood on micarta, it has as much or more traction than the knives with "rubber" grips that I've gotten blood on (in this case, talking deer blood).

I'm old a fat also 5'11 275lbs. I often conceal carry my TGULB IWB. I plan on carrying my BURP MO as soon as I get a proper sheath.
Take a look back at some of the old timers and the way they carried their Bowie's in the waistband with just a frog stud, it's impressive.
