So..I'm attempting to sharpen my beat up gerber. I looked at the gerber web site and says all the knives have a 15 deg angle on each side 30 deg total. I have a Lansky sharpening system right now and was wondering?? What angle should I use to sharpen this gerber. it has 17 deg 20, 25 and 30 deg on the guide. I tried the 17 deg guide and it scratched the heck out of the blade in the middle.
