Help! Anybody from customer service?

I contacted Camillus via their website customer service, but have received no reply.

I bought a cqb2 from CDNN. It is represented as "new" on their site. Knife is dull, there are gaps between micarta handle and knife at butt end, and kydex is borderline loose. CDNN says sorry, take it up with the manufacturer. Can somebody at Camillus please help?
 
I'm sorry to read that about CDNN. Bad attitude in my opinion. That knife model they carry was discussed here in the past, and I've noted it in the CDNN catalogs.

We don't get much attention here from Camillus. A fine former employee stops in once in a while to help with ID and history, and some of the custom makers drop in to hawk their latest collaborations with Camillus. Persistance has paid off for some folks needing factory help.

Just spoke to Chris at CDNN, he said they'd accept it for exchange or refund.
I feel like I shouldn't have to pay for $10 worth of shipping when the knife itself is defective.:(
