Hello all,
I would love some help identifying this old broad axe. I was at a farm in Nebraska and the farmer there dug this up. One of the other things he found was from the 40s. The axe has serious pitting, however part of the old makers mark is still visible. I can make out 'STEEL' and 'TED'. There is a closeup picture. This is my first experience with a broad axe.
Any ideas?
