Help - BOKER SOLINGEN TREE BRAND 182 - Needs restored

Just found this in a box while doing some cleaning. Any suggestions on who may be able to restore it?

What needs "restored"?
All I see is it might need sharpened. If you polish the blades to get rid of the minor scratches, you'll lose the blade etch.
If the pocket worn bolsters bother you, try some BRASSO (messy) or Never Dull (not messy) on them. Just be aware shinny bolsters are just like mirror polished blades: They are fingerprint and smudge magnets.

Edit: HTF does auto "correct" change 'polished' to 'bookshelf'?!?

Yeah I was thinking a new bolster and clean it up. You make some good points. Thanks for the info! I don’t know anything, but I’m learning.
