Help! bounced mail

Hi:
I hope this is the right place to post this. I recently signed in as a Gold Member and sold a couple of knives last night on the trade forum. One buyer told me that I needed to upgrade my user group as his email bounced. I have a valid email address I think (Yahoo.com) and I opted out of the bounced email group into the Gold Member group. I still am getting messages that I am in the bounced group. Any suggestions will help. Thanks. Jerry

Try posting in Service and Support. There is even a sticky thread there dealing with the bounced e-mail group.

Just sent you an email, through BF, see if it bounces, not yet on my end.

if i understood right if you were in the bounced e-mail group you would be auto banned until you fixed your e-mail to a working one. obviously that is not the case.
