Help - can't send or receive PM

I'm trying to buy a few things from members, however, I noted that I don't have to option of sending PMs. I looked at my inbox and it says 0 messages allowed. Any ideas?

PMs are a feature of paid memberships.
You may use Visitor Messages or email, if the user in question has them activated. Most sellers do.
