Help - Case xx Gold Elvis Presley Knife

My grandfather recently passed away and while cleaning out the house ran across this. It is 396 of 2000 limited edition Case xx Elvis Presley 50 Golden Years. I am trying to do some research on it, I found others on the internet but none with the gold blades. The handle is made out of what I believe is some kind of bone. Any feedback is greatly appreciated, thank you all.

In other words, without a paid Gold membership, you don't get to ask about sale values. Too many people abused this question to hint they had a knife for sale, which you need that membership for.
