Help Convexing a BK2

Hello, fellow knife lovers,
I was considering convexing my BK2, all the way up until you get to the flat grind.
Now, this may take quite a while, considering that I will be using manual tools only,
such as sandpaper, and polishing compound filled strops.
I know there is not much that can be put through text, so video examples would
be greatly appreciated as well.
Thank you all in advance, I hope to hear whatever you have. Post whatever
you think relevant, no matter how small.

I see you plan on heating the blade first. I wouldn't necessarily recommend that unless it makes you sand faster.

Was that a joke about the Zippo in the picture?
If not, no I do not plan on ruining that great heat treat.

Gonna take some time doing it manual..........1095 is not soft
Good. A good steel needs to be hard. I know it will take time, but it's worth it.
Yeah, I have seen the Virtuovice videos, and will watch them to learn his technique.
