!*HELP*!Customized curved boning knives?

So ive been a butcher for 6 years and always wanted to customize a butcher set consisting of 5in curved boning knife, 6in curved boning knife, 6in filet knife, 8in breaking knife, 10 in breaking knife (scimitar) All done in a fancy damascus (ladder, teardrop, sharktooth). Problem is the amount of phony damascus out there is ridiculous. How am i supposed to find somebody who is legit to make this custom order. And why has nobody done these type of victornox style knives in a artistic but still ergonomic way. Ps. Dalstrong 🤮

Check out Ivan Campos, in Sao Paulo, Brazil (https://ivancampos.wordpress.com/). He currently specializes in Japanese style cutlery but he might be willing to consider what you want. Worth talking to anyway. His Scandi grind in 1070 is the sharpest knife I own, and I also have his chisel grind American Standard Tanto in D3, both awesome blades.
