Welcome to this side of the tracks David, the 285UH Pro Trapper was made between 1969 and 2002, the + on the blade notes that the blades are Stainless Steel. This is one of the Schrade models made under the Uncle Henry name, the other main line of more modern Schrades was the Old Timer. Price for the condition it's in varies from day to day going by e-bay for instance, somewhere between 25-35 Dollars without box, possibly more on a good day.

To narrow the date just a bit more, this tangstamp (SCHRADE) was used post 1972. The stamps and company name changed from Schrade Walden to Schrade Cutlery Corp. in 1973. For a time in the early seventies after the name change, the stamp would likely have been "N.Y. U.S.A.", on a seperate line with the pattern number below or on the back of the master blade. Further, the "+" mark for stainless came into use in the early to mid eighties. Not enough concentrated research on the mark has been done to narrow the date of that change, but it was definately not used in the mid seventies or before.
