Help Date My Randall #1

Guys, I just got this Randall I believe to date from around 1969. (so goes the story)
they say buy the knife not the story, but guy said it was a Vietnam war knife.
what do you experts think?

Yes, it was made right about then. Spacers, stone, and sheath stamp numbering system. Really cool sheath too, btw. That's a keeper. Well done.

Yes, it has a tie down tab at the foot; seldom seen and desirable.
