Help! Dating a Legitimus Rafting Axe

I've searched all I know to search and can't find the answers.
I've seen all kinds of Collins stamps, all kinds of documents about Legitimus stamps and still can't figure out when Collins used the Collins Legitimus in a box stamp.

What am I missing? I haven't seen another Legitimus rafter like this before either.
Before I get too far into this relationship, I need answers.
