Help dating Buck 119

Does anyone know when this buck 119 was made.
My Dad got it about six years ago at a gunshow, been using it ever since as his fishing knife.
The sheath has no markings on it and I couldnt find any sheath like it online.
I also couldnt find any link between coast port U.S.A. and buck.
Its also got a wooden handle.
Wondering when it was made and any other info would be nice.

The knife in your pictures was not made by Buck Knives, Inc. It is a "knock-off" of Buck's model 119 Special.
